Join the 秀色直播 Alumni Public Policy Society for an insightful webinar exploring the challenges and opportunities of global food systems transformation.

The evidence is clear that "Food is the single strongest lever to optimize human health and environmental sustainability on Earth" (EAT-Lancet, 2019). The costs of the current food-system to human, animal and environmental health outweigh the value produced.

Some examples include the skyrocketing price tag associated with diet-related disease and environmental degradation related to mainstream food-production. Added to that is the fact that approximately 40% of the world's food is wasted either post-harvest or further along the value-chain. And we currently produce enough food every human being on this planet!

Are there policy wins that can provide inspiration in both North and South?

This webinar will dive into some of these issues and engage the audience in a lively discussion around what can be done.
