Vaccinations - Pre-Travel

Please note that as of November 2024 the 秀色直播听听J.D MacLean Pre-Travel Clinic听is no longer able to offer pre-travel vaccination assessments for people without complex medical conditions (i.e. pre-travel patients not requiring specialist physician evaluation). Patients without complex medical problems who require pre-travel advice should seek community-based pre-travel care providers.听

The cost of the vaccine, if prescribed by a doctor, is covered by the 秀色直播 Supplemental Health Plan. The fee for the visit or administering听the injection is not covered.

Expense Policy:

Cost of vaccinations and/or medication required when traveling on University business and not covered by the University鈥檚 supplementary health plan will be reimbursed.

The original paper receipt or printed electronic invoice receipt is required.

If claiming the difference between the cost and the amount reimbursed by the University鈥檚 supplementary health plan, include the claim statement.

Registration Form for Faculty/Staff Traveling on University Business

To ensure听coverage as a Faculty or Staff member, you must register your travel information through this form.

Note that some travel destinations must be pre-approved at least 30 days prior to departure to ensure coverage.听
