Readmission

If you have not registered in any courses for one or more academic terms or are in unsatisfactory academic standing after the winter term, you must apply for readmission through the student records menu in Minerva.

To be readmitted, you must demonstrate that you are ready to return to your academic studies. Academic readiness will be evaluated based on your narrative, supporting documentation, and previous Ðãɫֱ²¥ record. Readmission is neither automatic nor guaranteed, regardless of your academic standing.

Process for students in satisfactory standing

We will consider readmission requests for the fall or winter terms, rendering a decision within two weeks of the application deadline.

Process for students in unsatisfactory or probationary standing

We will provide readmission decisions on a rolling basis as of July 1st, for students whose academic standing is:

  • Unsatisfactory at the end of the winter or summer term
  • Unsatisfactory or interim unsatisfactory in their last term of registration
  • Probationary or interim probationary in their last term of registration

Students in probationary standing at the end of winter term, and who are currently registered, do not need to apply for readmission.
