As you visit the exhibition\, we hope you will consider the following questions: How is the language employed around ideas of public health\, food\, and al cohol production gendered and classed? Are ideas about 'what is safe' and 'what is dangerous' regarding fermentation practices restricted to scienti fic understanding?
