DESCRIPTION:The ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥ Global Health Scholars – Undergraduate program offer
 s ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥ undergraduate students the opportunity to learn about and gain gl
 obal health experience through participation in research projects. During 
 the summer\, each Global Health Scholar is involved in a global health pro
 ject either at an international or northern Canadian site or in Montreal o
 r Gatineau\, under the supervision and mentorship of a ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥ faculty memb
 er. ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥ Global Health Programs (GHP) provides a $3\,000 stipend\, and\,
  if applicable\, an additional $3\,000 to cover travel.  \n\nDuring the ac
 ademic year following their summer project\, Global Health Scholars benefi
 t from a variety of educational\, training and networking opportunities or
 ganized by GHP\, including the Insight Nights seminar series designed spec
 ifically for Global Health Scholars\, GHP's annual Global Health Night eve
 nt\, complimentary access to the ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥ Summer Institutes in Global Health
