  a more local level. This workshop is designed for members of EDI committe
 es to connect\, learn\, and share strategies for advancing EDI goals in ef
 fective and sustainable ways. \n\nAt the end of this workshop\, participan

 ty\n	Assess best practices for operationalizing EDI committees\n	Explore str
 ategies for navigating common barriers and challenges that can arise in ED
