  under Quebec legislation and ÐãÉ«Ö±²¥'s employment equity policy\n	Strategic
  and active recruitment techniques to establish a diverse and excellent ap
 plicant pool\n	Strategies and tools for enhancing equity in the review proc
 ess\n\n\nThis workshop is based on peer-reviewed literature and participan
 ts will have access upon request to supplemental information with material
  relevant to the field in which their search is being conducted.\n	\n	Please
  note that faculty serving on search committees need to attend this sessio
 n every three years in order to refresh and/or update their knowledge.\n\n
